REGISTER NOW FOR FALL/SPRING 2009/2010
We are now accepting registrations for our Fall/Spring 2009/10 season. The cost is $80 per child. Pre-register at www.eayso.org with Region 354 - and even PAY ONLINE with a credit card! Your player will not be registered until we receive 3 copies of the registration, 2 copies of a volunteer form, fee, and a copy of the birth certificate if you are a new player. We accept cash, checks, and money orders at this time. We are an all volunteer organization and need coaches, referees, there are other volunteer positions available. The player fee includes 8 games in the fall, 8 games in the spring, a complete uniform, a memory mate picture, and an award at the end of the season. All games are played on Saturdays at Union Middle School. The first day of games will begin August 29th. A child must be 4 by July 31st in order to play. Birthcertificates are only required for those who did not play this past season with us. Registrations can be be mailed to AYSO, PO Box 457, Sandy UT 84070. There will be an onsite registration on July 28th from 6pm-8pm at Union Middle School, 615 E 8000 S, Sandy. Credit card payment only available online.
AYSO NATIONAL TOURNAMENT JULY 4TH-JULY 11TH 2010 IN WEST PALM, FLORIDA
The following age divisions have been invited to attend: U12 Girls, U14 Girls, U19 Girls and U14 Boys. Tryouts for these teams will be held in the fall. A player must be registered before the first day of games (August 29, 2009) to be eligible to play. Please let Bruce Koch or Hunter Jorgensen know if you are interested in coaching one of these teams.

For Parents and spectators
Just a reminder for you that all the coaches, referees, and board members are volunteers. During games, remember that the coach is the coach, the referee refs the game, the parents and spectators cheer the players on in a positive manner. Volunteers are always needed, let a board member know how you would like to help.

Reminder: no dogs or other animals are allowed at Union Middle School or other schools during practices or games!
All games are played at Union Middle School on Saturdays. It is up to the coach of the team where and when the practices will be held. We will play 8 games in the fall and 8 games in the spring. All players need to wear shin guards, bring a soccer ball, and a water bottle to all practices, they must wear their shin guards and have a water bottle at all games.

Parents, We Need Your Help
We are in need of as many parents as possible to get registered as volunteers for this season. Go to www.eayso.org and fill out a volunteer form and mail it to the P.O. Box listed above. AYSO is an all-volunteer, parent based organization. Go to our Volunteer page for a list of all of the volunteer needs we have. There is something to fit into everyoneīs schedule. We need you!
Games
All games are played on Saturdays at Union Middle School. Practice times and locations will be determined by your childīs coach. Age cutoffs are July 31st and range from 4 years to 18 years of age.
